Mil iganes tekib mul igatsus puhta (ja maitsva) ilu ning inspiratsioonilaksu järele, külastan ma Paul Lowe bloogi Sweet Paul. Ja õhkan õnnest absoluutselt iga kord.
Paul Lowe of Sweet Paul never ceases to amaze me. Everything he does is pure perfection. So beautiful and truly inspiring.
I mean, look, how can one make paper flowers look so very elegant and mysterious?

A Little Hut
I've seriously cut down time spent on blog-reading and surfing the web.
That said I recently stumbled upon a beautiful blog of Patricia Zapata with tons of tutorials.

Siin on paar aastatagust pilti majaümbruses leidunud tegelastest:

It's La Fille du Consul's blog anniversary today. Bon anniversaire!
Therefore she gave all the bloggers out there an opportunity to participate in giveaway and also to post some picks or drawings of autumn leaves, chocolate or anything else she could use as inspiration in her future works.
Above are some wild shrooms growing near our house. Pics were taken about year ago.

Tark ei tõtta
Just siis kui olin välja kuulutanud blogipuhkuse, sattusin järjestikku mitmele põnevale asjale.
Sealhulgas ka Freddy imelistele lõngavärvimistele. Nii ilus!
Ja sealt viis tee edasi Liisi juurde. Tea, kas oli süüdi hilisöine aeg (mil olen oluliselt härdam :)), a see bloog läks kohe hirmsasti hinge. Lugesin ta sealsamas otsast-otsani läbi.
Ühest postitusest jäi silma ütlus "tark ei tõtta". Just "tõtta", mitte "torma", sest viimases variandis on mu jaoks pisut liig palju rrrr-e ;).

Hi there!
As you must've noticed I'm back from blogging-break.
But probably need some acclimatization-time before starting blogging in english as well :)
Above are some of my latest bracelets. You are welcome to check my shop for availability.

Siuke nõme rahutus on ühes sopis.
Bloog sai üldse alguse tänu In a minute ago SharonB'le.
Sonji Hunt of Sonij Says
Dijanne Cevaal of Musings of textile itinerant
Melody Johnson
Ana Voog and her freeform hats
Jeanne Taylor's work was the reason why I taught myself how to wet-felt.
I remember the first time so well. I learned the basics from different web-sites and started to felt my very first piece downstairs on kitchen table. But every once in a while I ran upstairs to computer screen to check what to do next :)
Thomas Horst and his extraordinary felted dresses
freeform crochet artists Sylvia Cosh & James Walters
and Prudence Mapstone
always inspiring Susan Lomuto's Polymer clay notes
Judy Dunn of Artrepreneur
It was my blog's anniversary few days ago - already 3 years!
I tried to go back in time and remember the artists who's works and words have had the huge influence on me during this period. Some of them are listed above. And there are many-many more. Actually all the bloggers and artists to whom I have ever linked in this blog have had some influence on me, one way or other. So huge thanks to you all out there!
And big hug to all who has taken the time to comment on my work :)

Torontos elav Li Sui heegeldab imeõrnu lilli.
I first stumbled upon Li Sui's crocheted flowers on flickr and instantly fell in love with them. Looking at thumbnail pic it was hard to believe these were crocheted. Really exquisite work.
Li's blog and etsy-shop.

Jeanne Williamson tutvustab igal nädalal oma bloogis üht väikest segatehnikas tekstiilitööd, sh annab ka ülevaate, kuidas asi teostatud on.
Varasemate aastate tööde galerii asub siin ja samalt lehelt saab lugeda ka kunstniku iseendale seatud reegleid.
Kuidagi tuttav tunne tuleb neid lugedes :)
Jeanne Williamson has "2008 Weekly Mixed Media" challenge going on. Every week she introduces new piece of work on her blog and also explains how it is done. I love following this process.
She has done it for years already and her earlier weekly/monthly works can be found here along with artist's statement about this project.

Google alerdi abil sattusin imekenadele ajalehemassist valmistet helmestele.
Teatavasti on ka Rees papjeemashee helmeid valmistanud.
Tegelikult olen ma ju isegi paberpärleid (veidi teise tehnikaga) paaril korral teinud, aga too kena presentatsioon ja kaunid pildid ahvatlevad uuesti ajalehti rebima.
Ja veel kaks "täristatut". Suuruselt jäävad A5 ja A4 vahele. Kasutatud on erinevaid kangatükikesi (mida mul tänu Krentule ja Siirele on üksjagu), lõngajuppe ja veidi villaloori.
***
On the pictures are two more examples of my "quality time with embellisher" :)
These are somewhere btw A5 and A4 in size and I've used different fabric strips, yarns and some wool here.On the other note I recently stumbled upon this tutorial on how to make beautiful paper beads. I've seen (and also made myself) beads made of newspaper before but these are really yummy and I have feeling that maybe even today I'll be ripping newspaper with my kids.

Kathleen Dustini uus suund
Veel.
Hetkel on enamasti "sada asja korraga"- seisund. Paljukest sellest käegakatsutavaks saab on muidugi iseasi, kuid alati see polegi ju olulisim. Peaasi, et pea töötaks :)
Kathleen Dustin's brand new "Blowing Grass Purse" is mind blowing! As are her other creations from recent "Pod" series.
She talks about drawing inspiration from nature and also Judy Dunn has written a great post about inspiration: where it comes from and how to pay attention to surrounding world and notice all these little yet very inspiring things around us.

There's also another great news related to etsy. Etsymini.blogspot.com is just taking off. I've joined already and will add their link to my sidebar.

Etsy
*Star of the East, rikkalikud ja põnevad ehted: pood ja bloog
*La Pomme valmistab armsaid lõhnapadjakesi ja muid tekstiilitooteid, sh vahvaid randmekaunistajaid(?). Tema pood ja bloog .
I can proudly announce that I've finally joined Etsy community. Here's my little shop. It's growing slowly but surely, main problem right now is our grim November. There's not enough light to take decent pictures. At least not for an amateur like me.
And to celebrate joining Etsy and also becoming a member of Euorpean Street Team over there, this week I'll link to many wonderful (and chatty :)) members of EST.
*Kreativlink creates wonderful leather journals: her shop and blog.
*Mother and daughter team at Star of the East creates beautiful jewelry, as they put it: "Baroque, eclectic, exotic, anything but boring." Here's their shop and blog.
*La Pomme makes lovely scented pillows and dolls but also cute wrist cuffs etc. Her shop and blog .

Design*Sponge
Ma lasin end augustis "pehmeks rääkida" ja alustasin hoogsalt ning nüüd on mul täiesti mittetublilt lõpetamata asjade kogusse lisandunud neli "kodu kaunistavat" poolikut asja. story of my life...
